From 1992 and through the remainder of the 1990s, Dr H David Chamberlain donated over 1,500 items of British art pottery from his substantial collection. 

Pictured is 'Cricketer’ flower jug, a ceramic form made by Burgess and Leigh (Burleigh Ware), a pottery manufacturer from Stoke-on-Trent, England. This popular work was donated by Chamberlain in 1995.
