Access workshops—Bush animals

8 March until 25 April, from 10.00am to 12.30pm

This is a free event.

In the lead up to National Reconciliation Week, Geelong Gallery is offering an exciting access program aimed at engaging diverse audiences in group-based discussions and art-making workshops.

These programs reflect on our shared histories, contributions and achievements, and acknowledge the respectful relationship shared by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other Australians.

Learn how to create your own bush animal. Inspired by the Tjanpi Desert Weavers, these workshops led by Aunty Bronwyn Razem will share knowledge passed through the artist's Gunditjmara family heritage of traditional weaving.

Workshops are available both in your community and at the Gallery.
